5 Fall Fashion Trends That You Can Wear

HAVE SOME FUN TODAY - Ruffles, metallics, and velvet, oh my! Fall Fashion mags are full of runway trends that are bold, outrageous and fabulous. Surprisingly, fall 2016 fashion has something for everyone and it's easier to pull off than you think. Wearable and accessible, some of these trends may already be in your closet.

1. Hoodies

The fall fashion runways were filled with women in hoodies and androgynous-style sweatshirts, paired with everything from leather pants to maxi skirts. Comfort is on point this season and we're kind of crushing on our Limited Edition Embroidered Zip Hoodie from HAVE SOME FUN TODAY and our classic HSFT zip hoodie.

2. Chokers

This is a super chic and easy trend for anyone to pull off, whether you go beaded glitz or choose a simple or statement choker. And you don't have to spend a lot of money to do it. With jeans and wedge boots or as a little black dress accessory, it runs the gamut. We love this simple black velvet choker from Topshop for $15 (velvet is hot for fall) and this elegant  gold choker with draped chain by Jennifer Zeuner at Neiman Marcus for $265.

3. Suits

There was the power suit of the 90's but this season's fashion trend is a nod to men's wear with a twist. A stylish wide leg pant and longer jackets, and slim cut suits with lean cigarette pant styling, like this one at J Crew. You can pair with a graphic tee for casual or layer with a sweater vest or crisp white button down for office attire. Boardroom or Dance Floor, it's a no-brainer.

4. Color Trend - Tan

Quick! Run to your closet and pull out all those tan blazers, pants, and sweaters you have in this classic color. (No khaki's please!) It's preppy and classic, and flattering on everyone. These Griffin Pants from Need Supply Company are a gorgeous way to wear this trend and the neutral color gives you countless options. We're betting you have more things in your closet in this hot color for fall than you even know. See, you're on fleek and didn't even know it.

5. Velvet

It's not just for holiday parties anymore. Somewhere there's a pair of vintage velvet wide leg trousers that we can't wait to take out of hiding. It's easy for anyone to infuse velvet into their wardrobe. We're seeing velvet wrap tops and jeans and even velvet thigh high boots in stores and online. A little or a lot, you're dressed to kill when you've got a little "velvet crush" going on.
