Health is Everything.... The Tools to Being Your Best Self!

Every morning (after my coffee) I become a "mad scientist" with the ingredients of my breakfast smoothie..... Not for the faint of heart: habanero pepper, turmeric, ginger, lemon, carrot, greens, my special blend of Bach natural floral essences and the list goes on. You get the point; not your normal toast and jam. Here's the thing - to me, being my best self starts with a "balanced mind" through meditation and a grateful practice, exercise to stay strong and vital and the best nutrition I can prepare for myself. Goes a long way to help me focus on the day ahead and roll with the ups and downs of life! Off to make my smoothie! HSFT:))
