Start Your Day With Mental Grounding

One of the practices that is part of my day is sitting in a peaceful place and selecting a Rune to read before I get going.... This is an ancient Viking practice that a dear friend of mine introduced me to years ago. It helps me focus on the importance of being grounded in myself as I begin to do all the things I feel are essential to me being my best self:)
