Don't just think about it. Take action. Spend just ten minutes each morning visualizing how you will Have Some Fun Today! Here are a few of my favorite suggestions:

1) Be grateful. Make a gratitude list. It's amazing how light your heart can feel when you see all that you have to be grateful for!

2) Play. Whether it is arranging flowers, cooking a fabulous meal or literally playing with a child, find some time to play each day.

3) Smile. Try it. It's hard to be negative or stressed, if your face is feeling joy.

4) Breath. I swear, sometimes we forget to deeply, slowly inhale and exhale. It slows the world and has an immediate calming effect.

5) Move. Walk, exercise, dance, hug... get in touch with the sensations of your body.
