1. True Waist: measure the smallest part of your waist at your belly button with a tape measure.

2. If you want the belt for a wider section of your body such as for jeans that sit lower, you will need to determine what that length is by measuring around that circumference.

Depending on where you want this belt to sit will determine the size you get.
