I unfortunately am in the process of returning this bag. The ONLY thing I did not like was that the straps do not stay on my shoulders. I’m assuming it’s the cut of the straps as I usually do not have issues. I’m actually sad that I am not able to keep it. It’s a well made handbag. The leather is so soft. I recommend this bag as my issue may not necessarily be an issue for all. Definitely give it a try.
