It's no secret that beauty and health go hand-in-hand. Giving our bodies the right foods can be a game changer. And if you're gonna HFST, then you've gotta polish your shine!

We change up our smoothies from day-to-day, depending on what's on hand. Right about now, our summer harvest is giving us plenty of fresh fruits and veggies galore, so it couldn't be easier. We power-pack our smoothies by adding different supplements and protein power. Today's supplement powder, Mucuna Pruriens is a legume called the Velvet Bean. It's an amino acid thought to help create dopamine in the brain, to encourage dynamic brain function, increase sounder sleep, and be a mood lifter. It's nature's "upper".
