I get the chills when I brush up on what Sheryl Sandberg has achieved so far: talk about INSPIRING! She is an American technology executive, activist and author. Her current role is the Chief Operating Officer of Facebook and she is also the first woman to serve on their board of directors. Prior to Facebook, she served as the Vice President of Global Online Sales and Operations at Google, and was invloved in launching Google's philanthropic arm, Google.org. With her best selling book, Lean-In: Women, Work and the Will to Lead; she shares her views on how women need to 'lean-in' to leadership to help them achieve their career goals. Less than a week ago she gave a commencement speech at UC Berkeley. It was a powerful statement about many things including her gratitude practice and what she has learned through the experience of loss. I am moved by what this woman has achieved and inspired by her words of wisdom. #HSFTpower
